What happens if my order shows that delivery was unsuccessful?

For a quick resolution, we recommend that you use the tracking number you will receive from us to follow the delivery. You can validate the address you gave us when you placed your order. If the package is returned to us because of an address error, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can send it back to you as soon as we receive it. If the error in the address is a customer error when entering the delivery information, the package will be returned, but the customer will have to pay for a new shipping label.

My Boucles et Bonbons box shows that it has been delivered, but has not been received?

This can happen occasionally. If this happens to you, first check around your property. Sometimes, the delivery service will hide the parcel to make it less visible to neighbors. You can also check with the neighbors, as sometimes the delivery service can make mistakes in this area. We advise you to contact your delivery service to confirm receipt. If you have opted for the signature-on-delivery service, this problem should not arise. However, in very rare cases, the parcel may be marked as delivered but not received (theft, wrong address or other problem with the transport service). Unfortunately, this is not our responsibility. If you haven't taken advantage of the signature-on-receipt service, we advise you to contact the transport service to request a resolution. Boucles et Bonbons is not responsible for these very rare cases, as the company offers a signature-on-receipt service at an additional cost of $1.50 to guarantee delivery of the package with a signature upon receipt.

What happens if my parcel is returned to Boucles et Bonbons for various reasons (wrong address, no parcel collection, etc.)? The return of the package will be at the buyer's expense. If the box is returned to us, Boucles et Bonbons will arrange delivery to send the package back to its destination.

It is the customer's responsibility to use the product responsibly and safely. Boucles et Bonbons and the owners, Natasha Sioui, Jessica Nantel and Leah Gaudette, cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, nor for packages lost in the mail. We will do our best to ensure prompt shipment, but cannot be held responsible for delays related to the delivery company, lost packages that extend the return time, etc.
