If I order and don't like my chosen options, what should I do?

Boucles et Bonbons is not responsible if the options chosen by the buyer do not please them. Everything is personalized and made to measure. The buyer can reorder with other options but no refund or exchange will be issued. 

No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are possible since our boxes are all made to measure at the customer's request. 

What if an item is received damaged?

You must contact us by email as soon as the box is received to notify us of any damages. Boucles et Bonbons will make sure to fill out the insurance form with the delivery company and then we will replace the broken item. * IMPORTANT * You must send us photos of ALL damages in addition to sending us a photo of the delivery box. 

Please include the following information in the email:

- Pictures of all damaged items 
- An image of the shipping box (even if there is no apparent breakage)
- An image of the shipping label

All these photos will be requested from us by our delivery company, so it is essential that we receive them. Your damages must be reported to Boucles et Bonbons within 7 days of your day of receipt of the package in order to be eligible for this replacement service.
