If I order and I don't like my chosen options, what can I do?

Boucles et Bonbons is not responsible if the options chosen by the buyer are not to their liking. Everything is personalized and made-to-measure. The buyer may reorder with other options, but no refund or exchange will be issued. 

No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are possible, as all our boxes are custom-made to the customer's specifications. 

What to do if an item is received damaged?

You must contact us by e-mail as soon as you receive the box to notify us of any breakage. Boucles et Bonbons will fill out the insurance form with the delivery company and replace the broken item. *IMPORTANT* You must send us photos of ALL damage, as well as a photo of the delivery box. 

Be sure to include the following information in the e-mail:

- Images of all damaged items
- An image of the shipping box (even if there is no apparent breakage)
- An image of the delivery sticker

All these photos will be requested by our delivery company, so it is essential that we receive them. Breakages must be reported to Boucles et Bonbons within 7 days of receipt of the package to be eligible for this replacement service.
