Boucles et Bonbons is not responsible if the options chosen by the buyer are not to his liking. Everything is personalized and made-to-measure. The buyer may place a new order with other options, but no refund or exchange will be made.

No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are possible, as all our boxes are custom-made to the customer's specifications.
