What materials are used to customize the mugs and accessories?
We use quality permanent vinyl! Please follow the washing instructions included on the card in the gift box. Hand wash with cold water and no soap on the vinyl! Other items like mirrors and candles are personalized with photo stickers.
Note included in the package
We can add a handwritten note, simply mention it in the section provided. It is the customer's responsibility to put their name on the enclosed card. Boucles et Bonbons does not put an invoice in the box, nor a card with the name of the person giving the gift if this is not requested by the customer. Since every gift is different and for different occasions, Boucles et Bonbons cannot assume that the person giving the gift wants to reveal his or her name at the reception. So be sure to write it down in the included note section.
How can I personalize my box?

What are the delivery times?
Production time is 1-3 business days. Thereafter, the regular delivery time is 1-3 working days in Ontario and Quebec, unless there are exceptions in regions not served by Purolator. The regular delivery time is 3-7 business days elsewhere in Canada and the United States. Boucles et Bonbons is not responsible for postal delays that may occur with shipping services.
*We offer 2 additional services with your order:
1) RUSH ORDER: Production time of one business day (Shipped no later than the day following order) - $19.99
2) GUARANTEED ORDER: This service requires a signature upon receipt of the package. This delivery service ensures that the box will be received and signed for by the recipient. - 1.50 surcharge
*The day ends at 5:00 p.m., so if you order a rush order at 7:00 p.m., the order could be produced and shipped the following day. You will have the option to add any of these additional services at checkout. Business days are considered Monday to Friday.
Can I buy several boxes for delivery to different addresses?
Yes, just mention it in the notes on each box. You must enter the full name, address and telephone number of the person who will receive the package. We'll then modify the invoice to add the number of delivery charges required. The delivery charge for one address is $10.99.
What sets Boucles et Bonbons apart from other gift box companies?

Each box is different, with at least one item personalized with the image of the person receiving the gift. Each box is made with love and passion, and we take care to create the perfect design for you. Customer service and communication with our customers are extremely important to us. We want to make sure your gift box lives up to your expectations.
If I live locally, can I pick up my package to receive it faster?
Absolutely, you can choose to pick up your parcel at one of our 2 workshops. This option will be offered to you once you have finalized your delivery information. We have 2 pick-up locations: Masson-Angers and Mirabel.
