WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED?

You must contact us by e-mail (bouclesetbonbons@gmail.com) as soon as you receive the package to inform us of any damage. Boucles et Bonbons will complete the insurance form with the delivery service, and we will replace the damaged item.

* IMPORTANT * You must send us photos of ALL damage, as well as a photo of the delivery box.

Please include the following information in the e-mail:

  • Photos of all damaged items
  • A picture of the shipping box (even if there is no apparent damage)
  • An image of the shipping label

All these photos will be requested by our delivery company, so it is essential that we receive them. Your damage must be reported to Boucles et Bonbons within 7 days of receipt of the package to be eligible for this replacement service.
